Winter Shutdown – What’s Included

Our Winter Shutdown Service is designed to safely prepare your hot tub for the colder months when it is not going to be used regularly. Proper winterisation helps reduce the risk of frost damage, stagnant water and damage to pumps, heaters and pipework.

Your Winter Shutdown includes:

* 💧 Full draining of the hot tub

* 🧼 Cleaning and flushing of the plumbing system

* 💦 Removal of residual water from the pipes and plumbing

* 💨 Blowing out pipework and plumbing lines where required

* 🔧 Inspection of pumps, heater and filtration system

* 🧹 Cleaning of the shell and internal components

* 🧽 Cleaning and inspection of the filters

* 🛡️ Preparation of the hot tub for an extended period of non-use

* 🔌 Safe shutdown of the hot tub’s electrical and control systems where appropriate

* 📋 Visual inspection for any issues that may require attention before the hot tub is returned to service

* 💡 Advice on protecting and restarting your hot tub after winter

Please note: Winter Shutdown is a preventative service and does not include the replacement of faulty parts or repairs identified during the inspection. Any additional work required will be discussed with you and quoted separately before being carried out.

We recommend arranging your Winter Shutdown before prolonged periods of freezing temperatures to help minimise the risk of frost-related damage.
