Repair Call-Out – What’s Included

Our Repair Call-Out Fee covers the initial attendance of one of our experienced hot tub engineers to investigate and diagnose a fault with your hot tub or spa.

Your call-out includes:

* 🚐 Engineer attendance at your property

* 🔍 Full inspection of the hot tub and affected equipment

* ⚡ Electrical and control system checks where required

* 💧 Inspection of pumps, heaters, pipework and associated components

* 🛠️ Fault diagnosis and identification of the likely cause

* 📋 Professional advice on the recommended repair

* 📸 Photographs and notes of any faults identified where appropriate

* 💷 A clear quotation for any additional parts or repair work required

Please note: The call-out fee covers the engineer’s attendance, inspection and diagnosis only. Any replacement parts, materials or additional repair labour required will be quoted separately and will only be carried out with your approval.

If the fault can be safely rectified during the initial visit using parts and materials already available to the engineer, we will discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.
