Competition Terms & Conditions
These rules govern all prize competitions run by Hydro Haven Ltd. Please read them before entering.
1. Skill-based prize competition
Our competitions are games of skill, not lotteries. Every entry requires the correct answer to a skill-based question. Entries with an incorrect answer are not valid and do not proceed to payment.
2. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of Hydro Haven Ltd, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with a competition are not eligible.
3. How to enter
- Answer the skill question correctly.
- Choose how many tickets you would like and complete payment.
- Ticket numbers are allocated at random and confirmed to you by email. Your entry is complete once payment is received.
The ticket price and any limit on the number of tickets per person are shown on each competition page.
4. Closing date and the draw
Each competition has a published closing date, after which no further entries are accepted. The winner is selected at random from all valid tickets using a verifiable random process, and the draw is broadcast live. The result is final.
Where a minimum number of tickets is stated and that number is not reached by the closing date, we may extend the closing date or draw with the entries received; if the competition is cancelled, all entry fees are refunded.
5. The prize
The prize is as described on the competition page. Unless a cash alternative is expressly offered, no cash alternative is available. Prizes are not transferable. We will contact the winner using the details provided at entry; if we cannot reach a winner within 14 days we reserve the right to redraw.
6. Winners' details
The winner agrees to their first name, county and winning ticket number being published and shown on the live draw. Full contact details are never broadcast.
7. General
We reserve the right to amend these terms or cancel a competition where necessary for reasons beyond our control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
