• Order details — name, contact details, delivery address and order history, used to fulfil your order, arrange delivery and provide warranty support (legal basis: contract).
• Payment details — processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• Enquiries — messages you send via phone, email or WhatsApp, used to respond to you (legal basis: legitimate interests).

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit and how they arrive. This sets cookies in your browser and shares usage data with Google. It is not used to identify you personally, and analytics is not run on our staff admin area.

We also use Hotjar to see how pages are actually used — where people click and scroll, and anonymised recordings of how visitors move through the site. This helps us find pages that confuse people. Hotjar masks text entered into forms, so what you type into the contact form or at checkout is not captured, and we never use it to identify you.

These cookies are off until you accept them. You are asked when you first visit, and you can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Declining doesn't affect browsing, the basket or checkout. If you withdraw consent, recording stops from your next page load.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the business — payment processing (Stripe), analytics (Google, Hotjar), email delivery and IT hosting — and where required by law. We do not sell your data.

Order records are kept for 6 years, as required for tax and warranty purposes. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any right, email hello@hydrohaven.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
