Pre-loved hot tubs
90-day warranty on all electrical components, with the option to extend. Every pre-loved spa is inspected and comprehensively serviced before delivery.
Optional: lifetime warranty subscription
We've partnered with The Hot Tub Warranty to offer complete parts-and-labour cover: first month free, then £29.99/month, with a lifetime supply of chemicals while the plan is active, £100 off servicing, no long-term commitment, and fast engineer-led claims.
Sign up within 30 days of receiving your hot tub (or before delivery) to qualify for lifetime cover — otherwise the standard warranty above applies.
