With the additional 12-month Parts & Labour Warranty, you’ll have added protection for eligible faults once your original manufacturer warranty expires.

Who Can Purchase the Maintenance Plan?

The Full Hot Tub Maintenance Plan is only available to customers who have purchased their hot tub or spa directly from us and whose hot tub is currently within its original warranty period.

The Maintenance Plan must be purchased before the original warranty expires and is subject to a service and inspection being completed by one of our authorised engineers.

The additional 12-month Parts & Labour Warranty will begin following the expiry of the original warranty, subject to the Maintenance Plan terms and conditions.

Please note: The Maintenance Plan is not available for hot tubs purchased from another retailer or for spas where the original warranty has already expired.

Replacement parts, repairs or remedial work that are not covered under the warranty will be quoted separately and will only be carried out with your approval.

Warranty cover is subject to the full terms, conditions and exclusions of the Maintenance Plan. Consumables, customer damage, misuse, chemical damage, cosmetic damage and faults caused by incorrect installation or maintenance may not be covered.
